In the wake of devastating hurricanes, the impact on communities can be profound. Not only do families face the challenge of rebuilding their lives, but pets often find themselves in vulnerable situations as well. This was the case for 13 puppies from two different litters, who were rescued thanks to the collaborative efforts of the
