A flurry of new tenants have been announced for the Loudoun Station center in Ashburn, including a new restaurant, a new dog-centric facility, and an art studio.
As The Burn reported on Monday, a restaurant chain called Curry Pizza House is headed to Loudoun Station.
Meanwhile, the Dogtopia chain is taking a 5,600 s.f. space in the center.
Dogtopia offers doggie daycare and boarding, plus grooming, and there are even dog training options.
There are a number of Dogtopia locations around Northern Virginia, including one in Purcellville and another in Chantilly.
This is the second new canine boarding facility announced in recent days for Loudoun. Sterling is getting a new K9 Resorts location soon.
The other new tenant headed to Loudoun Station is called Hawaii Fluid Art, a paint-and-sip style art studio. You can see our story on that new business here.
