I hope you’re having a wonderful Christmas and if you prefer other times of the year, I am sure you will find more time to spend with those you love and care about including your dog.
And if you’re snuggled up with them tonight — I thought you might enjoy a little read on what happened in 2025.
This year was busy for my team and I in the best way possible. We shared research and information about aging, brain health, mobility, hormone sparing and replacement treatment.
We also did our best to communicate how important it is to make more time for our dogs, have fun and spend time in nature.
One of my favorite highlights was meeting some of you in person. I realized how much I missed the close personal connection with you and also my like minded colleagues and will do my best to do this more often.

We also worked hard to introduce our brand new product MitoBoost — to help both you and your dog create even more memories (with extra energy!). I am thrilled that we have managed to source the ingredients from the Netherlands and Austria, as the first non-Chinese NMN support for dogs and people on the market.
I have been taking MitoBoost for some time, and love the effect, and I hope you do too if you have already purchased it.
I also would like to share a few highlights of 2025!

As we step into 2026, I can’t wait for what’s ahead. I want to take you on a health journey, putting together more courses, recording more videos and sharing my wins and challenges in life and work.
I hope this all will help you to feel strong, empowered, and supported on your dog’s and your own health journey.
Most of all, thank you — from the bottom of my heart for your trust, care and most of all your love for your dogs!
Give your dog a hug for me, and here’s to a happy, healthy New Year!
