With cooler weather arriving in the valley, it’s high time to strut with your pup in fine form. Walmart announced plans to offer pet services at locations in Glendale, Chandler and Mesa, including grooming and veterinary services.
Walmart Pet Services centers will continue to offer routine veterinary care, such as vaccines, wellness exams and minor medical services, as well as grooming with services provided by experienced veterinary and grooming professionals in collaboration with PetIQ. Walmart said it plans to expand pet service centers to more communities in the future.
There’s a grand opening scheduled Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Walmart Pet Center near Arizona Avenue and Pecos Road in Chandler.
Don’t have a dog? No problem; Maricopa County Animal Care & Control is bringing adoptable dogs to the event.
