VIENNA, W.Va. (WTAP) – A man has been arrested for abusing a dog, according to Vienna Police.
Dakota Allerton is his name. The Vienna Police Department says there is a video on social media showing him abusing a dog.
The dog is now at the humane society, and the dog’s injuries appear to be non life-threatening.
He is charged with animal cruelty, according to the Vienna Police Department’s Facebook page.
