TULSA, Okla. (KTUL) — Saturday morning at 8:26 a.m., the owner of Doggy Doodles, Rebecca Rutherford, was arrested by Tulsa police.
Rutherford was arrested in connection to a September case of animal cruelty.
In September, Doggy Doodles dog groomer Diego Angel was arrested for Cruelty to Animals after a golden doodle died while being groomed.
Rutherford was charged with Accessory to Felony and Obstructing an Officer on October 10.
According to the Tulsa Police Department, Rutherford was arrested for the charges of Accessory to a Felony Punishable by Four Years or More and Obstructing an Officer.
