New dog grooming parlour set to open on industrial estate – Eastern Daily Press

A new dog grooming parlour is set to open on a busy industrial estate.
West Norfolk Council has agreed to change the use of a unit which formerly housed a plumbing and heating business on Austin Fields, in King’s Lynn.
A planning officer’s report said: “The proposal would utilise a vacant building, keeping an employment building use running and helping the future of a small business.

“There are no proposed external changes therefore there are no impacts on the street scene.”
The report adds the grooming business will employ two people.
It says while no parking has been provided as part of the application, there is “informal parking” on the street and limited numbers expected to visit the salon mean there would be “limited impact on the road network”.
