BATTLE CREEK, MI (WKZO AM/FM) – Battle Creek firefighters rescued a family dog from a house fire early Sunday morning.
The flames were reported just before 5 a.m. on Grand Boulevard near Grandview Court and firefighters say the homeowner was outside when they arrived but said his dog was still inside.
No one was injured in the fire.
The flames were contained to the second floor of the home.
