In early 2025, HomeDog will make its Denver debut in the Platt Park neighborhood. An innovative and first-of-its-kind concept, HomeDog is a membership-focused community created for dog people and their furry companions. Merging a tech-enabled, pup-friendly coworking space with dog daycare and a bar/coffee shop, HomeDog offers an all-in-one experience that blends productivity and play.
Perfect for pet parents who want to be part of a fun, social community with like-minded dog lovers, HomeDog membership starts at $95/month. Each member has unlimited access to a spacious, modern coworking space — with hot desks and lounge seating, private soundproof meeting booths, and a massive outdoor patio – to focus or collaborate while dogs relax at their feet.
Dogs are vetted with temperament tests and vaccination records so that they can safely socialize and exercise under the supervision of trained handlers when members need to focus on tasks, run errands, or attend meetings.Members will aslo receive discounts at the bar/coffee shop that features local beer, wine, a full barista menu and snacks; pop-up businesses and dog services from grooming and training to pet markets and food trucks.
HomeDog is founded by remote-working dog parents, Alex Novick, an entrepreneur and former media director with experience growing several early-stage startups, and Johanna Newcomb, a pet industry leader who successfully scaled a leading-edge pet hotel business to 20 locations.
HomeDog is working with Vastyan Construction on the project. “Pete Vastyan has done an incredible job adapting to the shifting needs of the business and coming up with creative solutions for the redesign of the space,” said Novick.
