We’re having a bit of an issue with our dog photo AI Spot Spotter. If you log into your account at app.glencadia.com and look at the photos tagged to your dog’s account you may notice photos in which your dog does not appear. Please untag the wrong photos so the AI learns who your dog is. If you see your dog in the photos (even small and in the back), then the spot spotted probably has a good idea for your dog.
I think I ran the AI too early maybe? I’m not sure what happened. We have to reset the baseline for quite a few dogs.
